Swim Lessons

Isabella started swimming lessons on Monday, and she is having so much fun. This is her first year taking lessons and I thought she would be a little timid. The first day of swimming she kept asking me, "Mom are they going to drop me so I sink?" I could tell she was really nervous! The first day of swimming I was helping Isabella get dressed in her swimsuit, and Eva went running into her bedroom and grabbed her swimsuit and came in saying "Suit, suit!" and I tried to explain to her that only Isa was going swimming, Eva was heartbroken. Everything Isabella does, Eva has to do too. So, when I loaded Isa's bag up, we put together a fun little backpack with treats and games for Eva. Eva completely forgot about her swimsuit and was so excited to have a backpack to wear.

And, her wild and crazy hair after swimming...she refuses to let me comb it twice in one day....it's a crazy mess the rest of the day....oh, well....it's summer time....who are we trying to impress?

Today, Dad, Grandma Shannon and Grandpa Jose came to watch her swim, and it was so cute....when it was her turn, you could see her looking out the corner of her eye to make sure we were all watching!! It was pretty cute!
