ABOUT ME

A little tid bit about me:
Hi there, I'm Melissa.  I was born and raised in Cache Valley-and I just can't seem to get away from this place, I love it!  My sweet hubby and I met when I was in college.  Although I didn't meet him at college, I was working a terrible customer service job paying my way through college.   Thanks goodness for that horrible job because that is where I met my sweet husband Chris.  We dated for a year and a half and we were married on May 8, 2004.  It was a beautiful Spring morning and it was the most perfect day ever.

3 years later in February, we introduced Isabella into our family.  a.k.a. "Isa".  She is our "softie."  She is a little shy, a little timid, but has the biggest heart out there.  From day one she has been mommies little cuddler.  She is always concerned about everyone else around her.  She is a daddy's girl.  She loves to dance and play sports.

2 years and 3 months later we introduced Eva into our family.  God must have known that we were only going to be able to have 2 children, because I am pretty sure he sent the personality and energy of 3 children down with this one.  She is our "ham."  Every family needs an Eva.  She loves to run, jump, giggle, play with Barbies, pull faces, and play dress up.

Work:
Why didn't someone warn me that being a stay at home mom would be the hardest job in the world?  I have worked some hard jobs out there, but this one tops them all.  Having said that, I am so blessed that I get the privilege to stay at home and watch my little girls grow up.  I can't imagine missing their milestones.  I got to see their first teeth come in, their first steps, hear their first words....no job could give me such satisfaction as this!
Even though I am a stay at home mom, I do have a few side jobs.  I like to be busy.  I am a Miche Rep.  I am lucky enough to have a career that I can do from home.  I have built up a wonderful clientele, so I do most of my work online.  It's a great job.  I also teach water aerobics, and I work for a publishing company as a typist.  I also work with the Youth in my church.  This May it will be 5 years since I have been put into the Young Women's program.  I absolutely adore my Beehive girls.  It's wonderful to be able to share my testimony of Jesus Christ on Sundays with them, and in return have their amazing spirits teach me so much!  I am truly blessed!

But most importantly......the reason I am who I am is because of WONDERFUL family.  I grew up with an amazing family, and I am building what I hope to be an amazing family (please cross your fingers I don't screw it up!!)  I have the greatest support system in the world, and I LOVE and adore each and every one of them!
