Eva is 3 months old today. I wanted to keep a good record on my blog of all her fun milestones. I wish I would have been better at this with Isabella. Eva is smiling and cooing like no other. She has a contagious smile that just melts my heart! She still wakes up for one feeding at 4:00 a.m. but the one thing that makes it not seem so daunting is finding her in her playpen waiting for me with a big ol' grin. It's definately worth waking up at 4:00 for that!
She loves blowing bubbles with her mouth. Isabella loves watching her blow bubbles and blows bubbles back. I love that they have this nonverbal way of playing with each other.
She has discovered her hands, and she studies them so intensely. It makes me giggle when they pop right in front of her face and she is so surprised to see them.
I took some pictures of Eva at 3 months old and then I got out my scrapbook stuff of Isabella when she was 3 months old so I could compare. I couldn't believe how big of a dfference they are at this age. Isabella was tall and wearing 3-6 month clothes and was a total chubbers! Eva is this little pettite thing (you wouldn't know that by looking at her cheeks), but the outfit she is wearing is a newborn top and newborn levi's and size 0 shoes. She can fit into some 0-3 month shirts, but not many 0-3 month pants. So we'll see if she goes through a growth spurt and ends up being as tall as her sister or not.
Eva is slowly losing her dark curly locks. I rememeber with Isabella I was soooo sad when I started noticing that she was losing her hair. With Eva, I am not sad she's losing her hair, I am anticipating what's going to take it's place, dark...light....curly.....straight??
Here is a 3 month picture of Eva

She is so cute and TINY! How is it that we live so close to you but haven't' seen you all week? When can we swim??
They look like twins!
So much fun! When they start to smile and coo it's all so worth it.
I swear you have the most beautiful girls EVER!! Seriously. Eva looks just like her big sister.
So sweet! I think little Eva has a lot of her daddy in her. I'm pretty sure those little ladies have daddy wrapped pretty tight around their little fingers! I certainly know how that goes.
She can't be 3 months already! She is so beautiful- what darling little gals you have. And I agree nothing melts your heart more than their cute little smiles!
AHH! I have the cutest Nieces ever. We gotta do some pics soon!!
She is sooooo darling! Time flies though. time flies.
They do look a ton alike! My kids are 100% opposite!
Hurray! The "magical" 3-month mark! I think they still look pretty similar!
We are such proud grandparents - we have the cutest granddaughters!
Dad and I can't believe how much Eva looks like Isabella at 3-months.
Keep posting pictures.
Love you,
Mom and Dad
I can't believe how tiny she is. I love it when babies are so happy like that, it makes you just love being a mom that much more!
You can definitely tell their sisters. She is a cutie! Please tell me it's not too bad adding a second child with a 2 year old!
Such a cutie! You can definitely tell they came from the same set of genes!
She looks like a little clone of Isa, what beautiful girls! To bad you can't sell those good genes, you could make alot of money!
they do grow so fast don't they?! You can so tell that Eva and Isa are sisters! I too love when they learn to smile and find their hands! Well no matter what color her hair comes in or if it's straight or curly. I am SURE she'll have a ton of it!Especially if she takes after her momma!
She does look a bit darker to me then Isa does, or is that the lighting?
glad your enjoying her
Except for the height, they look EXACTLY the same. Maybe Eva will be the blonde version of Isa. That would be crazy! Fun pics!
