Thank you Flex Spending

When it rains, it pours, doesn't it? Well, at least it's a down pour all at once. I'm usually religious about updating my own blog and checking everyone elses, but I have had soo much on my mind I haven't even thought about the computer! The last week has been crazy, we have been running from one Dr. appointment to the next. I thought I was so good to schedule Isabella's dental and 4 yr check-up all in the same week. Easy enough right...get teeth cleaned, get weighed...call it good....and yep done for another 6 months. The dental appointment went great, she was an angel for the dental hygienist. Her 4 yr. old check-up, well we left being told that she definitely needed to get her eyes checked. We also needed to go to Logan Oxygen and have hear wear a thing to monitor her oxygen while she sleeps...we may have tonsil issues.Which I went to the oxygen place yesterday and picked up the monitor and after 3 minutes of that on her finger last night she ripped it off and told us to get it out of her room. We have taken her to an eye Dr. and definitely her eyes are heading in a bad direction, she will definitely need glasses in the near future! We have an appointment tomorrow with a Ear nose and throat doctor tomorrow to see if tonsils will be coming out. On top of this Eva has been having issues with peanuts, so we are making a trip soon down to ogden to an allergy specialist to see if it's serious enough to have medicine available if she accidentally comes in contact with peanuts....so her throat doesn't close up....I was sick and puking my guts out this week, in between all this fun stuff...and the icing on top......Chris is going in for knee surgery on Wed.......now why am I blabbering on and on about all our problems. I'm not....I'm actually truly grateful that we have a wonderful thing called Flex Spending, and WONDERFUL insurance that has came to the rescue more than one time. And since this is my family journal, I really wanted to post this so in 40 years I can look back, read this, and say "You totally made it through that chaotic month!!"

It really is true that when it rains it pours. I had noticed you hadn't posted for awhile too. It should just be a rule that moms should not get sick when there is so much going on. Good luck with everything!!

Oh no! So sorry for the down pour. Been there done that with the tonsil thing on a 4-year old. I feel your pain on that one. I'll send lots of loves your way if she gets them out. And if your other sweet little one does in fact have a peanut allergy, I'll tell you about the allergy doc I took Allie to that saved our lives. SO worth looking into. Good luck!
