Fun Easter weekend

So it has been a fun week. Chris is a huge Laker fan so he was able to go down to Salt Lake Thursday and watch the Jazz get their butts kicked. Our sweet friend Jeff works for Fox 13 and for the Utah Jazz as a camera man, so he is always sweet and hooks Chris up with cool things when he comes down. He gets to go down to the court and watch the players shoot. He met Big Budda from Fox 13 and thought that was pretty cool. A few games ago, Chris got to interview Kobe Bryant, yes we have it on video so we can show the kids someday. :O) Oh did I mention the Jazz got their butts kicked, so Chris was a happy camper!

I love holiday weekends because they are filled with family and fun. Chris and I decided to be super lazy this weekend and just veg out on the couch and snuggle up and watch movies. I love weekends like this! We watched Enchanted Friday night and Dan in real life Saturday night, and I loved both of them. I don't know if Chris was a huge fan of enchanted, but he was sweet and watched it with me anyways. I love being a mom. Holidays are so much fun with little ones. Growing up my parents always put a lot of thought into holidays and I have wonderful memories of my childhood and especially the holidays. I hope that Isabella will grow up feeling the same way. I loved watching her little face light up as we showed her all the things that were in her easter basket. I'm sure every year will get funner and funner. She was a little confused about the easter egg hunt at grandma's house but we still had a great time. I hope all of you had a wonderful Easter weekend.
